Each vendor is required to have a Certificate of Insurance showing a Comprehensive General Liability policy.

Deposit: There is a refundable deposit of $125 due at the time of the application. Deposits will only be refunded if the vendors meet all requirements stated in the 2023 Mesa County Fair Information and Regulations brochure.

Applications will not be accepted without the deposit

Rates: 10 x 10 Informational or Non Profit booths are at no charge Electrical is included in the price of the booth. If you have special electrical requirements, there could be an additional charge.

Vendor may now decide to set up for 3 days (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) or 5 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday). Set up times will be limited to 2 hours before Fair opens for those who choose 3 days
