List total amount of space desired. Footage must include all awnings, support poles, tie-ons, storage areas, trailer hitches, etc.
Photos of your concession trailer/booth as it is operated ARE REQUIRED with application. Advertising outside of the contracted space is prohibited. *
Maximum upload size: 15MB
Each vendor is required to have a Certificate of Insurance showing a Comprehensive General Liability policy.
Deposit: There is a refundable deposit of $125 due at the time of the application. Deposits will only be refunded if the vendors meet all requirements stated in the 2020 Mesa County Fair Information and Regulations brochure.
Rates: 10 x 10 Informational or Non Profit booths
Electrical is included in the price of the booth. If you have special electrical requirements there could be an additional charge.

There are a limited number of RV spaces available for a fee of $32 for a full hook up, $27 for a hook up with water and electric, and $16 for a hook up with electric only.

I have read and understand the 2020 Mesa County Fair Information and Regulations brochure (available on website www.mesacountyfair.com) and any additional information attached. I understand that this form is an application to participate as a vendor only and is neither a commitment by the applicant nor an offer by the Mesa County Fair to rent booth space. I certify all information contained in this application to be true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
